Simonton Sash Balance Coil Shoe

Hi,

Please help to identify the window's part in catalog.
Window brand - Simonton - Double Hung - house built in 2003
on the tag - H-R30 48-80 Series 40-17 P.L. 063-038
Conforms to AAMA 13020and HUD UM 111

The Balance Coil Shoe was broken - both springs at the bottom now (1st picture) - on the second picture - how the part should look like.

Also I need to replace another part with yellow plastic on picture 1.

I have already received the parts from Simonton - the windows are on life warranty - the only thing we had to provide was the order # that I found on the window under the bar code - taking into account that the house is 15 years old - it was such a relief and they delivered the parts in 3 days - now I am looking for a contractor that can fix the problem.
