Simonton Single Hung Coil Balance Repair

Question

Hello! This is my first experience with a coil balance window. It seems as though the coil attaching to the pivot shoe has broken. Pivot shoe has also seen better days. Would you be able to help de-code which parts correspond to this repair?

Hello! I think we can help, yes. The pivot shoe looks an awful lot like our 15-199. This shoe, in turn, has been known to work with our Series 165 coil springs. Look this hardware over and see what you think! You'll need the number printed on the old springs to determine the best Series 165 option.
