Simonton Single Hung Window - Shoe / Coil / Cover Question

Hi,

I need to replace the shoe / coil and cover for a Simonton Single Hung Window - the shoe has PAT NO. 5,704,165 on the back.

Serial # on the inside of the frame is 0401142055

Can you please help out with the correct replacement parts?
