Hi,
I need to replace the Simonton Stormbreaker Plus 300 VL coil balances on my double hung windows, but I am not sure what parts I will need. I believe the complete dimension of the opening for the window is 53x51, while the window is approx 48x23.
The plastic on the coil balance broke but it seems the springs are sitll in good shape.
Any assistance on the parts need to purchase would be helpful. I included several pictures I took.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We aren't familiar with this pivot shoe. Can you show us a photo of it removed from the window? We'd also like you to write out the thickness and width dimensions.
I'm afraid these photos don't help. We aren't familiar with this pivot shoe, so we'll need you to measure the thickness and width of an undamaged shoe to confirm whether we have a comparable option. Please note that we aren't able to read accurate measurements from photos of a tape measure, so written-out measurements are ideal.
Thank you kindly. We don't have a pivot shoe with these specifications, but the 15-259 would be the best we can offer. The thickness is 13/16" and the width is 1-1/4". You would also need the 26-083 pivot bar and the 15-255 or 15-255, depending on the number of springs used per side of the window.
We can't promise these parts will work for you since the measurements differ, but review the specifications along with the video below and see what you think.
