It looks like you have our 15-199 pivot shoe, which is compatible with two springs: the 3/8" thick Series 165 and the 1/2" thick Series 160. 

Are there any marking or stamps on your coil springs? If not, you'll need to weigh the sash and divide the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to choose the correct weight option.

You'll need to remove and weigh your window sash which is the glass pane that slides up and down, not the coils. Then, you'll divide the precise weight of your sash by the number of coils on both sides of your window. 

For example, if you had four springs total (two on each side) and a 12 pound sash, you would want four 3 pound springs.

Now, you'll need to measure the thickness of your coil springs. If your coil measures 1/2" thick then you'll need the Series 160. If it measures 3/8" thick then you'll need the Series 165. Can you also tell me how many coil springs are in each side of the window?
