Simonton WIndow - Balance replacement

Question

Need to replace broken/cracked balance cover and shoe. Picture depicts the other side of window which is not broken. Not sure if I need to replace the coils, any suggestions?

Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, but I'm not as sure about the balance cover. Can you tell me the thickness of the springs? The 15-199 is compatible with a couple different kinds, so knowing how thick they are will let me pick out the best cover for the job.

As for replacing the coils, I'm not sure either. If they don't appear damaged then I think you'll be okay. The cover may have just cracked because of sun damage.
