Question

I ordered a part for this - which I received yesterday - but I apparently didn't get the correct part based on my conversation with customer service. Am I able to send them back and get the correct part as per these photos?

I have 2 windows with this issue so I would need 4 assemblies I believe.

Unfortunately, you are correct that the S140 coil balances that you purchased are not the correct replacement for your Simonton balances. See our video below that shows the parts that we recommend, as well as the full conversion process. You can also find our return policy here. Thank you!
