I was told the balances were 6eb. can you supply these please?

Hello!

The number stamped on your balance doesn't help us ID your hardware, unfortunately. We would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window along with the intact attachments.

Ok, attached are some pictures. the window weighs 20 pounds. the spring is 1/2" wide x 0.016" spring steel. I have (4) of these I will need complete spring assemblies for. both left and right hand assemblies

Perfect, thank you! I recommend our 15-111 pivot shoe that is used with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. With a 20-pound sash, you can use (1) S160-4 4.5-pound spring and (1) S160-5 5.5-pound spring on each side of the window. This weight setup would support a sash weighing 20 pounds. If you need a new double coil support, see the 15-150D.
