I'm trying determine which parts I need to replace the coil spring and associated components as pictured above.

Thanks for posting. The broken pivot shoe closely resembles the Certainteed 15-192, which works with Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. However we have found the Certainteed shoe does not fit Simonton windows well at all, and the alignment nubs on the surface of the shoe have to be rubbed down to get it to fit the window track. And even then it's no sure thing the shoe will fit right. Because of this issue, we've devised an alternative solution. The 15-259 should be able to fit your window. This shoe uses Series 159 Coil Balances instead. We explain the conversion process in the video below. Check it out.
