The shoe might be our 15-199, though I'd remove it confirm. This shoe uses either our Series 160 1/2" thick Coil Balances or the Series 165 3/8" springs. Compare the thickness of your old springs to see which you need. 

Thanks for getting back to me. Again, this does look like the 15-199 shoe, which uses either the Series 160 or Series 165 Coil Balances. But I'm afraid I can't say which until you measure the thickness of your coil springs. To remove the springs from the sash, follow the video I posted above. To know what spring weights to select, we'll need the exact stamp option. From there we'll be able to help.
