Thanks for posting. Based on these pictures, I would recommend looking at our 15-111 pivot shoe, 15-150D spring cover, and Series 160 coil spring. You will need to look at the stamp printed on your coil springs to determine the correct Series 160 option.

It also seems like your old springs have the longer tongue, which is no longer made. You may need to move the new coil spring assembly down to the center of the window, just below the top tilt latch on the sash.
