Simonton Window balance and coil

the balance coil broke on my Simonton window and looking for a proper replacement.
See the attached photos of part and window label. Any guidance or recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks

Your photo resembles the 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 160 or Series 165 coil springs depending on the width of your originals. You'll need to remove the balance system from the window to compare the dimensions to our parts. There should also be numbers stamped at the base of your coil springs that indicate the strength option needed for your replacements. Once you determine if you have the S160 or S165, you'll find the compatible covers under the related items section of the coil product page. Thanks for posting!
