Simonton Window (circa 2006) single hung balance

Looking for replacement balances for Simonton single hung window with tilt in sash model 40-17 from 2006. Balance cover has deteriorated from UV exposure. Triple coil...coils have the following same markings on each of the three coils...#4.0 35" 5232208. Thanks!

Hmmm...I think all i need is 15-205 3/8" egress coil triple support since everything but the cover is intact and the coils are 3/8" wide and the support looks almost identical to the support on the window.
