Simonton Window won't stay up

Home Owner from San Francisco CA
Hoping to buy the correct parts to fix this window. It won't stay up. The coiled spring when stretched out is about 23 inches.

Sounds like you need new coil balances. Simonton has made a couple varieties over the years, and yours are unfortunately a little hard to make out while they're still in the track. Is it at all possible to remove it and show us a photo without obstruction? I specifically need to see the pivot shoe.

Thanks Tom, Here are the parts that we were able to take out. The only part number that I was able to find was on the plastic cover which is 6.584.644 B2

These photos are a huge help, thanks! We do sell these parts, but only as individual components. My top recommendations are:

Make sure to check the width of the band to ensure that it's the same size at 1/2". If there was no number printed on the spring itself, then you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the appropriate weight option. What you want to do is get the weight then divide that by how many springs support the sash; in your case, two (one of each side).
