I believe I have Simonton Windows in a home built 10 years ago. The label in the window says: series 41-18 SH, Other numbers H-R25-1229x2032

I need a left latch and I believe a left pivot lock at the bottom left?

I feel confident we can get you this tilt latch, but I'll need a clearer picture of yours out of the window so that I can get a good look at it. I'd especially like to see the side and underside, if you can get that for me. Thanks!

I have to remove a cabinet that is keeping me from removing the actuam window. This is from an adjacent one.

The other part you're showing is what's called a pivot bar. Yours resembles our 26-378, but see what you think.
