Unfortunately, we do not have a record of the hardware that Simonton used in your particular window but we should still be able to help. We can't be sure of what you need with the coil balance still installed but what I can make out of your pivot shoe reminds me of the 17/32" thick 15-199. This shoe is used with either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 coil springs and the related items shown on our product pages. You'll need to remove your hardware from the window to confirm which parts match up to yours. Thank you!
