Simonton Windows Parts

Question

Hi - my son moved into his first house and a bunch of the windows (double hung) don't stay up, don't tilt right, etc.  See pictures.  What are all the parts needed?

Hey there!

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. Since this is a Simonton brand window, I recommend the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. The video below will go over the additional parts and details you'll need.

I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for the tilt latches and vent latch. The 26-243, 26-244, and 26-474 would be our best options. Review the specifications and see if you think they could work for you.
