I am trying to obtain replacement balance shoes for several windows. I am having difficulty determining which parts are required due to many factors. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

We can help you, yes. Looks like it's just the cover that is broken. See our 15-204 dual coil balance support and let me know what you think. If you also need the other parts, such as the springs and she shoes, I will need to see them removed from the window in order to identify the best match. It is very hard to make them out while they are still installed.

I need the part you suggested above along with the coils. Do you sell the coils?

Sure, the 15-204 support cover is designed to be used with the Series 165 coil spring. Please note that this spring is 3/8" thick, which is the only size the 15-204 can hold. Just something to keep in mind in case you aren't sure about the size of your hardware.

can i purchase both the top and bottom window that are 36x60 Series 40-06 Single Hung P.L.#063-014

Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement sashes of any kind. For that, I suggest contacting the original manufacturer of the window directly.
