Simonton coil balancers

Hello Swisco Team,
We have two broken Simonton coil balancers on lower half of window (pictures attached and were wondering what the replacement part would be. The window states "series 07-09" and 75-75DH inside the track. Thank you!

Hello there. This Simonton Coil Balance system is no longer made. However you should be able to replace it with our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs. The video below explains how. Let me know if you have questions.
