Simonton coil support

A quick learner from York, PA says:

Hi there -- I had ordered 6 coil supports for Simonton single hung window 15-204 s. The attached photo shows the piece I received as compared to what is currently on the window. As you can see, what is currently on the window has two screw holes, and is slightly longer than what I received. Can you help with this?

Thanks for posting. First, can you confirm the thickness of your coil springs? I think they might be 1/2", but I'm not sure. Can you also show me your pivot shoe?
