Simonton help needed - Single Hung balancer change

Hello,

I am getting very frustrated due to Simonton. I have a customer who needs Single Hung balancers swapped out in one window. Never did it before for this window, but feel I could if I have instructions. I do not have cam measurements, but new cams are needed, 2 pivot pins and balances for left and right. I attached model info from window. Simonton is NO help, sadly. I have other photos if that helps. Please let me know. thanks

The pivot bar shown in your photos resembles the 26-378. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to the original part.

We should be able to supply replacement parts for the coil balance assembly as well but we would need to see the coil springs and pivot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We've related a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!
