Simonton replacement crank mechanism

Hi, the crank mechanism on my casement window is stripped. Do you have a replacement? They are from 2002.

Hi there!

Your operator looks like it could be something like our 39-253RB or 39-439B but the best replacement option depends on the guide at the end of the arm as shown in the video below. If you need a new cover and handle, see the 39-376 or 39-452.
