Hello,
The house was built in 2004.
Seeking assistance finding replacement parts to keep windows open. Maybe it’s the plastic balance assembly that needs replaced in 6 windows. Window size might be included in the first photo.

Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. Review the image below to confirm it's a match. This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance or 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance.
