Simonton window

Question

This thing broke in half under  the cam. I don't know if it's part of a larger piece. The window tilts but only stays in position on one side. The windows are probably 15 years old at least.  Can you guys help me out?

Hello, thank you for posting,

The pivot shoe shown is part of a coil balance assembly that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and the Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot shoe.
