Simonton window balance replacement

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 15-199 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 and Series 165 Coil Balances. The Series 160 coil spring is 1/2" thick, while the Series 165 coil spring is 3/8" thick, so compare both with your old balances to see what matches best. It looks like you need a new pivot bar as well. We can help with that, but it would be best to see an undamaged version out of the window, with dimensions if possible. Many thanks.
