Hello! Based on these pictures, I believe you should consider our Series 165 3/8" thick coil spring with a 15-205 triple support and 15-191 heavy duty pivot shoe. If you aren't sure which Series 165 spring you need, tell us what numbers are stamped on the spring. Also be sure to compare our dimensions to your parts to confirm that they match.
