Hi, Charles.

Since this is a Simonton brand window, my recommendation would be the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. The video below will detail exactly how to convert to this system.

We don't sell your exact lock but we may still be able to help. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? I can narrow down your options once I have that.
