Simonton window replacement part?

I am looking for a couple of items to replace on some of my Simonton single hung windows.

The lock keepers and the spring/shoe balance? (not sure of the name, but what is in the picture)

When I googled simonton parts it took me to your website. Do you sell parts for simonton windows, do you have the correct parts above?

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 15-199 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 and Series 165 Coil Springs. To know which Series you need, measure the width of your old coil springs. The Series 160 coil springs are 1/2" wide, whereas the Series 165 are 3/8" wide. You will need to look for stamps along the coil springs to know what specific spring weights to select. If you are uncertain, weigh your window sash, and we'll work out what you need. Many thanks.
