Simonton windows pivot shoe is broken

Question

Need replacement parts/pivot shoe,coil support, coil spring,pivot bar. I watched your video on replacing these items. Can you advise me on the replacement parts with the item/order numbers. I hope this picture is enough in order to get the right replacement parts. I couldn't find any markings or tags identifying this window model.
