Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

Can you also tell me the weight of the window sash? Your stamp of 29 9 does not correspond to any of our standard options, so we will have to determine which would be best for you. Thanks!
A home owner from Florida says:
The window is single pane, with an anadized aluminum frame. The sash itself measures approximately 49" wide and 30" high. My parents have the same size window. Their stamp is 29-5 and the windows weighs 29.5 pounds. From what we can see, mine matches with the 15-005.

Thank you. In that case, check out our Series 380 and see how that matches your hardware.

If your window sash is the same weight as your parents, then I recommend our 2950 option. Two balances with this option can carry a window sash weight range of 28 through 32 pounds. That said, you should definitely weigh your own sash just to make sure that it's the same weight.
