Single Hung Window Balancer (swisco 795?)

Question

I have a broken window channel balancer from a Pella single hung window. From my research, it appears to be a Swisco 795 channel balancer. The channel length (channel only) is 26" long, and the lower pivot assembly is 1" wide. The top cord attachment is a hook rather than a screw attachment.

This is for a unit in my home, but I am glass/glazing project manager. I have more knowledge than your average person, but all of my experience is in commercial systems.

I'm sorry for the confusion but your request is still open. We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order to have the 15-198 clip attached to the pulley cord of the S795-26 (26C) channel balances to support a sash between 17-22 lbs. Please note that the minimum order for these balances would be two. It is important to replace the balances on both sides to ensure that the sash is equally supported. Also, please note that you'll need to purchase the 15-194 T-lock shoes separately and follow the video below to swap out the stock 15-195 shoes. Thank you!
