Single Hung Window Broken

Question

I have a BetterBilt West Series 350/35T Single Hung window, and what looks like the coil balance has broken. I have attached pictures of the top and bottom plastic pieces, as well as the whole assembly. You can see in the bottom guide the broken coil, coiled up above it. What part do I need to fix this? I have searched the internet high and low, and have not been able to find anything regarding the manufacturer BetterBilt West. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

From your photos, your pivot shoe resembles our 15-199, which is meant to be used with the 1/2" wide Series 160 coil spring. You will need to match the number of your broken coil when ordering. The nylon cover looks fine.
