Single Hung window window balance parts

A quick learner from Brooklyn park says:
Each coil had the number 5 or 6 on them there were 2 coils in the plastic container but it looks like there was a third coil underneath it.

This appears to be our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 190 Coil Balances. Stamps of 5 and 6 would indicate you need the S190-540 5 pound and S190-640 6 pound springs, respectively. If you're uncertain about other spring weights needed though, give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I can work it out for you.
