Single & Double Coil Vinyl Window Balance Shoe

I have several double coil pivot shoes and one single coil pivot shoe which have broken on my Alside double hung vinyl windows. I don't know if the pivot shoes can be replaced without replacing the attached coil(s). Whatever is needed, I need to find the part(s) to fit my windows. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

Hello there!
This looks like our 15-177 pivot shoe which is used with the Series 152 coil springs. You can reuse your coil springs if they're in working order. Review the specifications for this part and let me know if you have any questions.

Are the 15-177 pivot shoes required to be ordered for left side or right side, or are they universal?

The 15-177 pivot shoe is non-handed which means you can use it on either side of the window.
