Single coil balance

I need to replace tha plastic retainer part, which has split, or the entire balance. It looks a lot like the series 140 single, but not exactly. Window is 20+ years old.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. The Series 140 will not be compatible for your window. Instead this looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. It appears your old pivot shoe is the only thing that is broken, so you ought to be able to attach your old coil spring to a new 15-192 without needing to also replace them. Take a look and see what you think.
