We don't sell this exact pivot shoe but I recommend considering our 15-199. This is used with the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165 which have a "T" shaped tongue that locks onto the pivot shoe. Measure the width of your old coil spring band to see which one matches up the best. You will also need to check to see if your springs have any stamped numbers that would indicate the coil weight. If you don't find any, get back to me with the exact weight of the sash and total number of springs in your window. I can work out what you'd need from there.
