Hello,

This looks like the t-lock shoe that comes with our S795-30 channel balance. Your shoe does look like it's on the small side so you may also need to purchase the smaller 1" shoe to replace the standard 1-1/4" shoe that comes with the s795. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!

Ultimately, measuring the width of the shoe will tell you if you need the S795 with the smaller 15-194 shoe that I mentioned or the 15-195B since your shoe seems to have an open cam. Unfortunately, we can't help with the broken framing that appears to be attached to your pivot bar but you may be able to replace the pivot bar with our 26-021, which is commonly used with the S795 channel balance.
