Window Balance 27 4 BSI NF

Having trouble identifying the right window balancer I need. I have various pieces of information about the window and balancer:

- H-LC25 54x90, Series 1000 (window)
- PPG Herculite K (window)
- 27 4 NF (with BSI written across) near foot of balancer

Balancer is 1/2" wide. Any help with ordering the right balancer would be much appreciated.
