Single hung window balancer

Question

I would like to know if you had this type of window balancer available it's a 27-4. For a single hung window.

Thanks for posting. At first glance, this looks like either an S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. Compare both shoes with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2740.
