The line has broken inside and I need to replace the entire slide balances assembly

Hello, thanks for writing in! It looks like you will need our Series 795. However, to verify that this will work could you please show me the hook or clip at the top of the metal channel? Thanks!

Thanks for following up with that. I'm sorry for the confusion. I need to see the hook or clip at the end of the pulley cord. This will allow me to determine if it is the clip that comes with the Series 795, or if it's something that will need to be custom made.

There is no hook it fastens with a screw at the top of the window
