Slider Handle Set

A handy person from Campbell, CA says:
The holes are not 3-15/16, but are 3-7/8. The outside handle needs to be totally flat to clear the screen door.

You have a very old handle set that hasn't been made in a long time. We won't be able to provide an exact match. With that in mind, I would recommend a surface-mount handle set like our 82-005 or maybe even our 82-060, which clamps onto the frame instead of using a keeper.

Surface mount handle sets are nice because they use their own independent locking hardware without having to interact with anything in the door. Because of this, they can work on a wide variety of patio doors where otherwise nothing else would do. The only issue is that you would need to drill a new hole for these to install since the hole spacing for both are different than yours.

Let me know what you think of this suggestion, or if you have any questions.
