Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your low-profile external pull handle with 3" installation holes. Our best replacement option would be the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set but keep in mind that you would need to drill new installation holes while being careful not to hit the glass in the door, as well as making sure that you have space in the door jamb to mount the keeper.
