Take a look at our 82-030 handle set and 82-310 key lock which can be adapted to the outside pull. This article here explains how. Compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think. Just note, your mortise lock appears to be an older style while our handle is a newer style so I can't promise that this will work for you.
