Slider replacement handle

Could you show me a photo of the handle set in question? Can you also tell me if your door uses a mortise lock? We have a few handle sets with a 4-15/16" hole spacing, like the 82-005, but they're all surface mount. What this means is that they don't use an internal mortise lock mounted in the door.
