Sliding Door Handle

Trying to find this handle or something like it so replace mine. I may need the latch as well since it seems to be catching? Not sure if that is just because the handle is in rough shape though.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-086 handle set to yours. We'd also need to see a photo of your mortise lock to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
