Sliding Door Handle

This set up is a little unusual. You have a 3-15/16" Handle Set, with the thumb lever offset toward the bottom. Therefore, for a keyed option I'd normally recommend the 82-086. However the 82-086 Outside Pull has the Key Lock also offset toward the bottom, whereas on your old outside pull the key lock was perfectly centered. Therefore you wouldn't be able to use the 82-086 without possibly drilling new holes to fit the handle set on the door properly and have everything aligned. Honestly, you might be better off considering our 82-030, and then adapting the 82-310 to the outside pull. This blog article here explains how.
