Sliding Door Handle

Thanks for reaching out to us. Judging from just the keeper, I suspect your handle may have two locking hooks. Is the installation hole center spacing 4-15/16"? If so, I recommend you have a look at the 82-005. We cannot guarantee this style will be compatible with your original keeper or if the provided keeper will fit correctly on the door frame or jamb but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
