Sliding Door Handle

Question

I am looking to replace this Sliding Door Handle. Do I need to get the exact replacement or is there another Sliding Door Handle that will work? If there is another replacement do I need to replace everything?

Thanks for posting. See our 82-086 Handle Set. This should work with your old mortise lock, the 82-265. Let me know if you have further questions.
