Sliding Door Handle Replacement

Good afternoon,
I am hoping to find a replacement door handle for an old set that is from around 1955. I have attached photos. The distance between the installation holes is 4". Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a 1:1 match for this handle set. The 82-005 surface mount handle set would be the best we can offer. The installation hole center spacing is 4-15/16" so you may have to drill new holes in the door. You also need to make sure you have enough room to install the included keeper. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
