Sliding Door Handles

Question

I am needing a handle for this Jeld-wen (Jel-N-759) Glass sliding door the attached pictures is of the door. The dimension between the small outer wholes is approx.
3-7/8" from center to center. The larger inner wholes is approx 1-1/2".
Can you help me?

The mortise lock resembles our 82-260. Such a lock can work with a handle set that has 3-15/16" hole spacing like our 82-030. Take a look and see what you think.
